Dying Light, Dying Light 2 and Dying Light: Bad Blood are first person zombie survival games developed by Techland.Discord Server:Active Docket Code List:Rules1. Spoilers must be properly marked with Spoiler.2.

Introduction- Hello and welcome to my thread. I would like to start out by explaining a few things about this hack. The hack will work online but only with other people using it as the game reads it as a mod. You should use this with friends or other hackers. It will NOT corrupt your game save file and you can use it to get achievements, money, platinum grade weapons, complete challenges. Link: Dying Light Manager Tool Note: Patch 1.2.1 disabled data file modding for Dying Light. If you have the retail steam version of the game, you can download the tool below to enable mods once again. If you've pirated the game, the Manager tool will not work and you will have to buy the game if you want to use any mods. Jan 27, 2015  Don't look for a mod though unless you know where to place it, as the original location most were using in the Documents directory won't work anymore since patch 1.4. Follow this guide but place the edited file in the Data3.pak of the game directory instead of Documents/Dying Light/out. Make sure to use the shell folders described (data/skills).

Posts and comments must adhere to Rediquette.3. Posts and comments should be related to Dying Light.4.

Dying

No duplication, exploitation, glitching, hacking or piracy discussions.5. No memes, low-quality, nsfw or political content.6. No advertising, selling, buying or trading accounts.7. Shameless self-promotion will result in a ban.8.

We do encourage original content, however. Please read our full rules here. Now I say this with all the love and consideration I can. But damn it if some of you are a bunch of babies when it comes to weapons.Oh no I ran out of repairs.Oh no there isn't enough upgrades to have 3 on every weapon ive come across. My god I just put 3 king upgrades on my military shovel and now I dont have any for my new orange katana 'curse you Techland'.Here my advice and take it for what its worth. Only orange weapons are worth full best in slot upgrades. Maybe some purples but save it for orange.

Only just use ONE weapon till it breaks. By the time my weapons run out I have enough to literally upgrade the next good weapon (usually on a vendor).

Light

My loadout is usually a rifle. My beast of a main weapon and the Korek machete for emergency use only to get me back to a safe house. Now some say dont waste bullets. But I say its a waste to have them sit in your inventory back at the safe house you cant collect ammo after you max if you dont use it so go nuts headshot those rot-bags before they even see you coming. There is no 'best weapon'. Whatever your preferences are will decide your weapon of choice. Heavy hitting 2 handers might be your choice. Others fast carving machetes. You might like causing blunt force trauma, while another crane wants to carve them like a Christmas ham.

Whatever you pick up enjoy it while it last. And keep your eyes peeled for the next big upgrade once it gets close to breaking. By the time that happens you should have scavenged up enough resources to have a equally powerful if not even better weapon.Another advantage to this playstyle is you know longer feel the need to cart every tool for dismemberment you've grown fond of.

Leaving your inventory open to haul back and sell to make more cash to buy more things you need.I also advice you trade with other cranes. If he uses military throwing k nifes and you need shotgun rounds drop and swap. Your twins will all be better off for it.Alright thats all I got hope you all have a splendid day good night and good luck. I wouldn't say the games difficulty changes.

But how the player may choose to interact with the world might. When I first started out I tended to avoid zombies as a gas pipe took so many hits to incapacitate one. Small groups of 3-5 would soon overwhelm me if I didn't fall back as they advanced. However now large swarms upwards of 30-50 offer little to no threat. Aggressive zombies that chase can be dispatched rather than simply fleeing.

Durability

I spent probably 40% of the game story avoiding the night cycle simple because the first experience was so intense (drastic overkill that in hindsight i now regret0. Now I welcome the challenge, but actively don't seek out volatiles as I see little reward to the increase risk they present. I think a level of confidence and complacency pose the biggest risk to players at the high end, but since there is little penalty for death no one really keeps tabs on it.

This mod requires the Dying Light Manager Tool if you are patched to the latest version of the game.Link:Note: Patch 1.2.1 disabled data file modding for Dying Light. If you have the retail steam version of the game, you can download the tool below to enable mods once again. If you've pirated the game, the Manager tool will not work and you will have to buy the game if you want to use any mods. If you're still on patch 1.2.0, retail steam version or not, all mods will work without any need for the Manager tool. This is just a quick + dirty mod to make all weapons have unlimited durability. There are effectively two ways to do this - by changing the AllowedRepairs parameter in inventorygen.scr (and so on), or by altering the durability loss in defaultlevels.xml. I have done the latter, with no other changes.New: There are now two files available for those who want weapon degradation at 1/2 the normal rate and 2/3 the normal rate.

Dying Light Weapons List

If you want another rate then just let me know and I'll make the change. To Install: The RAR contains a data folder that you need to extract to My Documents/DyingLight. Do not put the data folder in My Documents/DyingLight/out, as altering the Dying Light Manager's settings will erase everything in the out folder and the mod does not need to be in that folder to function properly anyway. To make mods work with 1.4 just zip up the data folder and everything under it. Rename it to Data3.pak and replace the one in your Dying LightDW Steam folder. Rename the old one if you want. This may change again in the future. Techland basically broke mods with this weekend's patch and didn't provide any info on what the 'official' mod support is supposed to be.Note: This mod will conflict with any other mod that makes changes to defaultlevels.scr. I am, however, more than happy to make any compatibility patches that may be required.

Just point me to a conflicting mod and I'll see if I can't make the two work together.
