To do this, you need to talk to Ludleth of Courland, who's capable of transposing boss souls into weapons. However, he won't be able to do this until you've given him the Transposing Kiln, an item dropped after you defeat the Curse-Rotted Greatwood boss. Once you've acquired the Kiln, you can then give Ludleth boss souls to redeem special weapons unique to the soul you give him.When you transpose boss souls, an important factor to keep in mind is that the process creates two items. However, you can only pick one of these two items, so choose wisely. If you want to acquire the other item after you've chosen the other, you can only do so in a subsequent New Game+ playthrough after re-obtaining the required boss soul to transpose it.
