I have played this game for well over 800 hours (My counter is glitched, I have over 300 hours on this account, and 500 on my ps3), and I have to say that this is the hardest challenge run I have ever completed. I have comleted pacifict, genocide, permadeath, no healing, unarmed, and no fast travel runs with relative ease, but this run is kicking my♥♥♥♥♥ I have made 5 attempts so far, and the farthest I have made it to was the brotherhood of steel portion of For The Republic.

I would like for this run to become more well known, because it is possible if you ignore the damage taken from the gas leak in the sierra madre kitchens, which is the only mandantory damage in the game. Although it is extremely frustrating, this run makes for some extremely intense combat sequences and a constant sense of edge. This is the most fun I have had playing fallout new vegas since the game was released.
