As you fight your way through the campaign in, there are a total of 23 collectibles to track down in the form of crates you can hack with your little droid buddy. Most of these are tucked out of the way, and can be easily missed if you rush past them, so we'll show you exactly where each of them can be found.Sadly, there's no trophy or achievement for finding all the collectibles, however there are still rewards to be had.

Star Wars Battlefront 2 Mods
Tragedy has struck the Battlefront community. Gamefront, a site that hosts mods and other media/software for a wide variety of games, has announced that their site will be shut down completely on April 30th, 2016. As a result, all files uploaded to the site will no longer be accessible.
This site is the largest source of mods for SWBF1 and 2, and for all of those mods to vanish would be a tremendous loss. Fortunately, there are multiple resources to find these mods outside of Gamefront, however we cannot be sure that every file on the site is available elsewhere. So we're calling on the community to help us ensure that the entire collection is preserved. We need volunteers to download mods from Gamefront and reupload them to. If you'd like to help out, let us know in the comments and we'll get back to you with our plan of action.Keep in mind that you're gonna need good internet speed (30Mbps both up and down) and plenty of local storage space to be able to perform these tasks efficiently.
Your computer should also be 100% virus/malware free. Nice to see a stickied post like this,some of the maps created by fans are just f.cking excellent and eventhough things only seem to get better and better with the new game we do need to maintain some of these maps.I believe there has been already a similar post over at Gametoast forums, where they gathered a huge list of custom maps.Honestly I'd love to help out since I play a lot of BF2, especially with modded maps. It's huge, but it's not all. We also have an archive at GT in the form of a Google Spreadsheet of literally every mod we know about, and some of them are still only on gamefront. Not a lot (because of the FileFront scare in 2009), but some.And yes, we would like the original creators to reupload their own stuff, if they can, but we also understand that some people just aren't active in the community anymore. We will try our best to make sure the proper authors get proper attribution, though.
IIRC, the argument was more that Frostbite was too complicated for them to be able to make mod tools without devoting a huge amount of effort to the endeavour.In fairness, they thought the same about Battlefield 2 when it came out, and didn't release mod tools with that game. That didn't turn out to be the case, and the community developed their own mod tools anyway, prompting DICE to release proprietary mod tools about a year after release. There's been some modding of Battlefield 3, but not in any notable scale, the way there was with BF2 before the proprietary mod tools were released. I knew zip about modding before starting battlefront modding, but I knew 3D modeling. Learned it all on the fly. Granted it's not the most complex thing in the world, but some things weren't documented at all and you just had to figure them out on your own.If the frostbite engine really IS that complex, they're doing a disservice to themselves by keeping it so difficult.
